I Am A 40 Year Old Man And I Am Angry About Everything

by James
(Auburn, Ca)

I'm angry because I was a drug addict for so many years. I am angry because I have had 2 different domestic violence cases which should have been 3, with 3 different women.

I am angry because I have held myself back from being successful due to my anger issues. I have a lot of reasons why I am angry. Heck, I get angry because my computer isn't fast enough. I could go on all day about why I am angry but the number one reason I am angry is because I cannot seem to figure out how to break this evil angry cycle.

I have a 14 yr daughter who is starting to show the signs of always being angry. I feel this could be reversed should she see me not being angry all the time. I also have an almost 3 year old son that shows signs of copying me. I know its not too late for him.

I'm even angry that at this time. I really need help with my anger, and am not able to give a contribution at this time because I am angry at being on unemployment and falling behind in my bills. I'm angry because I am angry.
