Focus Your Anger
What you pay attention to grows. So when you allow your anger to stay fixated on what makes you angry, you're going to get more of that.
Your anger is nothing more and nothing less than powerful energy that is yours to use as you choose.
- Don't be fooled into thinking that you're doing anything worthwhile by being outraged, upset, furious, or just plain angry about stuff you don't like.
- Very close to what upsets you is the answer, the solution that would make the upsetting problem go away. Shift your focus there, and say with great enthusiasm "That's what I want!"
- This is how you can use your healthy anger as a creative tool to focus on and create more of what you like and want in life.
- Unhealthy anger focuses on what you don't like, making things worse, healthy anger focuses on what you do like, making things better.
The practice of Goodfinding will help you to focus your brilliant, creative mind on all of the best
possibilities that lie before you.
Think of it this way...
Your focus, fueled by the powerful energy of your healthy anger, is like a laser beam shining into your future, telling you exactly where you're going and what you are creating.
