Courage Is Anger When It's Healthy


It takes courage to be strong, healthy and kind in this life. Without the powerful energy of your healthy anger working for you, you may never be as successful as you want to be.

Other words for courage are will power, motivation and determination. Everybody needs and wants those to help them do what needs to be done.

When you learn to encourage yourself, you will be adding all of these great emotions to your repertoire, helping you to stay focused and committed to your goals and dreams for yourself and your future.

  • The Spanish word, "Coraje" means both anger and courage, and is usually used in a very positive context.

  • When someone does something difficult and they win your admiration, you might often say they showed great courage.

  • Unhealthy anger is not courageous. Out of control, destructive anger comes from fear and helplessness, and makes things worse.

  • Healthy anger gives you the strength and energy to be the good person you truly are and have always wanted to be.

Now let's look at some steps you can take to encourage yourself and harness this powerful emotion for your own benefit.
