Unmanageable Anger

Whenever I get angry after an argument with my husband, I hit myself. Why is that so?

Thanks for asking your question on this site. I'm sure this problem is very upsetting to you, and I can see why you would want to understand it.

I really need a lot more information in order to help you. Does your husband hit you? What does he say to you in the arguments? Have you been hit in your past by him or others? How long have you been hitting yourself? Do you use your fists, leave marks or bruises?

Please write again and give me more information, so that I can better help you.
