She talks to me about guys that she knows, and I don't have any good things to say about them. I guess she's thinking I'm going to care one day. How can I make it so I don't get mad or angry any more?

Hello Justin, and thanks for writing on this site. Nobody likes to hear their true love talking about other guys. It would probably help if you didn't say negative things about them, but I don't think you're ever going to like hearing her talk about them very much. That's just human nature.

You need to talk to your girlfriend about how you feel, and see if she will respect your feelings by not talking about other guys when she's with you.

Meanwhile, try these anger management techniques, and see if that helps you.
