I'm 15 Years Old, In Foster Care And Out Of Control
It's not really a story, I suppose. But I am a 15 yr old girl in care and I have anger problems "apparently". The reason is, my social worker, fostermum and a psychiatrist all say I am out of control.
I have been in trouble with the police for getting in fights, skipping school and running away from home! I have been chucked out of school for getting in a fight with a girl who was taking the mick out of me, so I thumped her, had to be restrained and hit her in the face, giving her a black eye.
I get angry at anyone and anything, and it is tearing my life apart. I used to self-harm, but I was forced to stop.
Please help me as my anger is making me ill. Any advice?Response from Dr. DeFoore

I Have Too Much Anger That Attacks Me Every Other Day
Today I have a too much anger, that I can't control. It is attacking me every other day.
I can't control myself. Sometimes I hurt other people and destroy some appliances.
What should I do if my anger attacks again?
