I React And Regret It Later

by Kavitha
(India)

I get angry easily and people call me "hot headed". I respond impulsively at things which I feel are not right or are unjust.

Without thinking much, I respond to that and say and do things which I regret later. But I do this stuff again the next time.

I know that what I'm doing is not right. I have spolied my relations with a lot of people including my own family members and friends. I want to overcome this bad habit. I would like to learn the art of keeping quiet when I get irritated.

I want to tackle this irritation when I see or hear something which I don't like.
