I Don't Know What To Do!

by Anonymous

I'm a teenager, and I'm worried that I might have an anger management problem. When I'm happy I'm really happy but when I'm angry I can't control it.

I say things I don't mean, and I can get really aggressive. It's just not me to act this way.

Then I calm down and it's fine again. But I've hurt the people I love.

Are there classes I could attend or anything to help me?
