Fiance Has Anger Outbursts And Throwing Things

I have been with my fiance for 4 yrs. When he gets angry, he throws angry outbursts and calls me names. He has a prescription for anxiety.

He yells and becomes very mean which scares me and makes me sad. He calls his parents reporting me to them that I did stuff to make him mad. He smokes pot too and is high most of the time, and then he says that he is sick the next day.

His mom believes everything he says and every time we fight, she never cares about how I feel. I can't take how I'm being treated by his family and him. She writes to me only when we are not fighting.

I love him but I can't be treated like this. He is always threatening to break up and he tries to make me feel guilty and believe that I'm doing something wrong to him. Please help
