Anger, Stress, Bitterness And Tension

Why am I always angry, yelling, and screaming at the top of my lungs. I seem to get worse when I am coming on my menstruation and going off. It lasts about 5 days.
I know this is not good for my health or my childrens' feelings. I need help bad. I make them cry when I get this way.

You may also want to consult with your physician, naturopath or other health care consultant regarding hormone therapy that might help you.
Make up your mind to be the loving mother that you want to be. Do this for yourself and for your children.
