Anger Affecting Family, Work And Life

by Anonymous

Hi. I am unable to control anger, making me very furious for small distractions. This is resulting in frequent fights with my spouse.

I sometimes lose control of myself when in a state of anger. After some time, I realize I should not have shown so much anger. I get frustrated with small discussions. I am unable to accept things and people going against me.

Please guide me.
