Absolute Destruction

by Gerrie
(Geismar, LA )

I get angered quite often. And, when I get angry there is no turning back or flipping a switch to stop being angry. I start yelling, throwing things, and slapping stuff.

I can see what it is doing to my family and it isn't good. I want to stop being angry, I just don't know how. I hate pushing my family away with my anger. I really love them, I do, but it is so hard to down play my anger.

I don't know why I have as much anger like I do. I don't want it!
