A Question About Your Quick Anger Test
by Anonymous
I just took the quick anger test. After completing the test it said if I have answered yes to 3 or more of these questions I may have an anger issue. It then lead on to say if you have more than 10 you need to take action very soon.
I answered yes to 20 of the questions. However I have a very close group of friends that love me for who I am. My life currently is going great but I have had many issues in the past which is upsetting for me.
So I'm confused as to why this test is encouraging me to immediate action on my anger. Any feedback would be much appreciated.
Response from Dr. DeFooreHello, and thanks for telling your story here. It's really good that you have close friends that love you for who you are. That is a great treasure, and it says a lot about your good qualities as a person.
You came to this site, and you took the test, which tells us that you're concerned about your anger. If you don't agree with the results of the test, don't worry about it. If you're happy with how you currently handle your emotions, and you're not having any personal or relationship issues related to your anger, then I wouldn't worry about it. It's just a test, and no test is 100% accurate for everyone.
If, on the other hand, you do have some issues that you want to deal with, then this site has a lot to offer. You will find an overview of information, products and services
on this page.
